Nurture your Nature

Our present wisdom has the power of observation, discernment, and understanding of the changes in our lives. It is also the foundation of peace and joy. We can strengthen this recognition in moments between our thoughts and activities.

Through a pause, present awareness and breath into the heart we can feel our pure energy. We can also do this in moments of feeling overwhelmed along with the courage to face whatever difficulties we may encounter within our own mind or in communication with others. Through wisdom and awareness we can understand the dynamics of divisiveness and conditioned habits of our mind that make us feel fragmented and scattered. This deepens our present wisdom and awakens a fearless compassion for ourselves and each other.

Wisdom and compassion can ignite a sense of unity and wholeness. We nurture our nature through increasing the capacity of our present wisdom and developing fearless compassion. These are cornerstones for returning to wholeness. Together.
